Project Title:

Power Play for the Future Europe: Transforming Coaching and Supporting Athlete Development

Project outline:

The project consisted of one 5-day trip to IF Troja-Ljungby in Ljungby, Sweden during week 3 of 2026. 

Project objectives:

  1. Development of staff skills, that can improve youth training quality.
  2. Identifying ways of promoting a healthy, supportive approach and image.
  3. Get inspired on how to create a hockey-school collaboration that ensure long-term development.

Program activities:
The project included the following:

  • Job shadowing and observation of practices and other day-to-day operations.
  • Meetings with host organization about key values and experiences.
  • Internal reflection and evaluations meetings/exercises.

Participants:

The following staff members have been selected for their dedication and strive to develop our young players and organization. Each staff member will represent a unique part of the organization, which they will mainly focus on during the trips and following club events.

Inspiration, knowledge sharing and new experience: How the good practices of "MKS Sokoły Toruń" could be used by "Copenhagen Falcons"?

Omfang:

Projektet består af 2 "job shadowing" ture til Torun, Polen i løbet af efteråret 2024. Derudover vil der være forberedelsmøder til turene og opfølgende møder efter, samt en rekruteringsdag. Ved deltagelse i projektet er det obligatorisk at deltage i alle dele.
